For enhanced stability, we recommend securing it with ground stakes due to the expansive canopy size. However, if preferred, we can also provide a reinforced cross-iron base, though larger ground staking is generally more effective.
Built from high-strength aluminum, the umbrella frame includes an 80 mm round center pole with a robust 2.5 mm thickness, complemented by reinforced 18*28 mm ribs, which are larger and sturdier than typical cantilever umbrellas. To make operating this large umbrella easier, we have integrated a telescopic gas-assisted opening system with four cylinders. This design enables smooth, effortless opening up to 85-90% with minimal manual effort. For complete opening, a stainless-steel pull rod, equipped with a U-shaped hook that securely locks into place, finishes the job and withstands windy conditions without automatic closure.
When it comes to closing, the umbrella features two foldable handles located under the cast aluminum hub, functioning similarly to car handles. Simply pull the handles downward to collapse the canopy smoothly. Available in a range of finishes—powder coating, anodizing, or wood grain—the frame is customizable to match your venue’s aesthetic.
